Delivery areas and time
We deliver to all cities and most towns in Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
- Major cities: 3 to 5 working days.
- Smaller towns and remote areas: 5 to 7 working days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery charges
Delivery costs a flat Rs. 250 per order. Orders of Rs. 5,000 or more are delivered free.
Cash on Delivery
You can pay in cash to the courier rider when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. Before dispatch, we may call or message you to confirm your order. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.
Receiving your parcel
Please check that the parcel is sealed and not damaged before accepting it. If the outer packing is torn or damaged, you may refuse the parcel and contact us right away.
Free size exchange
Wrong size? We'll exchange it free within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags. Unstitched fabric can be exchanged if the pieces are uncut. Sale items can be exchanged for size only. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number to arrange a pickup.
Damaged or wrong item
If you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video of the product and the parcel. We will send a replacement at no extra cost, or refund you if a replacement is not available.
Refunds
Approved refunds are arranged within 5 to 7 working days. We will contact you on WhatsApp to settle the refund. Delivery charges are refunded only if the item was damaged, faulty or wrong.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Just message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
